Refund policy
REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
White Rabbit Collective is a small locally owner Nashville business, therefore we do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges of unopened and unused purchased goods and merchandise within 7 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will process the new order once your item has been received, at which time you will get a new tracking number and confirmation email.
SHIPPING / BROKEN ITEMS:
We stand behind the quality and shipping of our products. If any items are delivered broken please take a photo and email us whiterabbitnashville@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery arrival so we can process and ship a new order to you.
